The controller responsible for the personal data collected on this website is the owner of NetoSueldo.es, whose contact email address is netosueldo.es@gmail.com.

2. Data we process

We process the following categories of data:

• Browsing and usage data: anonymised IP address, device and browser type, language, pages visited and date and time of access.
• Data you voluntarily provide in the suggestions form: message, referring URL and, if you provide it, your email address.
• Preferences stored on your device, such as the selected language, the light or dark theme and your cookie decision.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We use your data for the following purposes, each with its legal basis:

• Providing the calculator service and displaying the content (legitimate interest and performance of the requested service).
• Handling and answering the suggestions, issues or queries you send us (consent and/or legitimate interest).
• Measuring and analysing site usage with Google Analytics to improve the content (consent).

4. Data retention

We keep data for as long as necessary for each purpose. Messages sent through the suggestions form are kept for as long as necessary to handle them and, at most, for one year. Analytics data are kept according to the periods configured in Google Analytics and, in any case, until you withdraw your consent.

5. Recipients and processors

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. However, to operate the site we use providers that act as data processors and to which data may need to be communicated:

• Netlify, Inc. — hosting and delivery of the website.
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (analytics).
• Resend — sending the email notifications from the suggestions form, where applicable.

6. International transfers

Some of the above providers are located in the United States or may process data outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers rely on adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

7. Your rights

You may exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, portability and not to be subject to automated individual decisions by writing to netosueldo.es@gmail.com and duly identifying yourself.
